Privacy and inquiry details

We collect the name, email, dealership, website, optional phone number and message you provide. An analysis request can include store type, size and search concerns. A program request includes selected services; a calculator request includes its assumptions and estimates.

We use this information to answer the request and discuss services. Brevo processes email and contact records; Supabase stores a private backup of your request, including its message, service selections or calculator details. We save this backup before sending the email so the team can recover requests if email delivery fails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse; Vercel hosts this website.

We do not add inquiry addresses to a newsletter. The guided assistant runs in your browser and sends no conversation unless you submit a separate inquiry form. We do not use advertising analytics or change tracking behavior in response to Do Not Track.

Our retention policy for the private request backup is 24 months. Email correspondence and Brevo contact records are managed separately; they have no fixed automatic deletion period. Email support@cardealerseo.company to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. Please avoid sending sensitive customer or financial records through these forms.
